5 Things That Secretly Make Her Horny

Sure, there are obvious things a woman can do to indicate she's interested in more than just your personality, like finding excuses to brush up against you at the bar. But what about the more subtle signs that let you know she means business? Here are five surprising things that boost her arousal—and how you can take advantage of each one.

1. ROLLER COASTERS.
Talk about being in the right place at the right time. Research from the University of Texas at Austin shows that people who have just stepped off a roller coaster find the opposite sex more attractive. The study found that symptoms of physiological arousal—like heavy breathing and increased heart rate—tend to linger without our knowledge after any adrenaline-pumping activity, intensifying perception of attractiveness.

8 Things That Wreck Your Erection

Boners are all about blood flow. So your heart—the organ that pumps your blood—has to be in tip-top shape for you to have A-plus erections.

Anything that puts strain on your ticker, like being overweight or smoking, also tends to take lead out of your pencil.

Testosterone is the second factor that's crucial to a strong erection, and there are plenty of weird things that screw with its production. All the items on this list can mess with your manhood:

1. Grocery receipts. The types of thermal paper and ink used for most supermarket receipts contain high levels of bisphenol-A (BPA), a chemical that increases your body’s production of the female hormone estrogen. And that estrogen boost—along with some other BPA-triggered hormonal changes—harms your hardness, finds a study from Kaiser Permanente.

Here's What Energy Drinks Actually Do To Your Body

Energy drinks can give you a boost when Monday morning hits you hard. But that fizzy beverage isn't doing much for your body beyond your temporary pep, according to a new review published in the journal Frontiers in Public Health.

After reviewing the current studies surrounding the risks tied to energy drinks, researchers concluded that they might be associated with a wide-ranging slew of health problem. You might already know that energy drinks can screw with your sleep, make you gain weight, or even spike your blood pressure. But overarching evidence suggests they may lead to substance abuse, mental health problems, a higher diabetes risk, tooth decay, and kidney damage, too.

6 Types Of People At Risk For Blood Clots

Blood clots aren't always a bad thing. When you cut yourself, your blood cells are supposed to clump together, which stops blood from leaking to places where it doesn't belong and kicks off the healing process. But sometimes clots form in places they shouldn't, and if they occur in a location where blood needs to keep flowing, that can spell trouble.

There are several major types of clots that can cause problems. Clots that block blood to your brain cause stroke, and ones that stop up your heart’s blood flow cause a heart attack. A clot that forms in your leg is called a deep vein thrombosis (DVT). DVTs can break away from their starting place and travel to your lungs. This is called a pulmonary embolism (PE), and can be very serious, even fatal.

Can Acupuncture Really Help You Lose Weight? Here's What You Should Know

Unless you're freaked out by needles, you might have considered acupuncture as an alternative pain relief treatment. This traditional form of Chinese medicine dates back thousands of years and is based on targeting specific trigger points in your body using small, thin needles. Research finds that it may help alleviate some health issues, like back pain, sports injuries, or even anxiety.

Modern acupuncture is mostly used to stimulate your nerves, muscles, and blood flow. And in the past few years, there's been some buzz surrounding acupuncture's ability to help you shed pounds, too. In a study published in the British Medical Journal, Korean researchers randomly assigned 91 overweight people to a group receiving treatment at five ear acupuncture points, one ear acupuncture point, or a sham control group. They found that those receiving acupuncture saw their body mass index (BMI)—a marker of their weight—decrease by roughly six percent after eight weeks.

5 Sex Positions That Guarantee She’ll Finish With a Mind-Blowing Orgasm

We hope you’ve nailed down one or two sex positions that work best for her during sex—but how you end your romp can also make a huge difference when it comes to her orgasm.

Finishing with the same position every time you have sex is like having ice cream every time you want dessert. Will she like it? Sure, but there’s a whole slew of moves to be explored—and who knows, you might find a new one that you both love?

We asked Kat Van Kirk, Ph.D., a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified sex therapist, to come up with some newer, sexier ways to top off a night in the sack. Here, five sex positions that practically guarantee an orgasm she’ll never forget.

Are You Datable or Are You a Fling?

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to make relationships out of booty calls. Because all great relationships are built on a foundation of phenomenal sex and the occasional inside joke, right? (RIGHT?!) I mean, if you’re making me orgasm multiple times a week, why wouldn’t I want to keep you around long term and try to build a solid, lasting relationship with openness, honesty, and commitment. I can totally tell you’d be good at that while your head is between my legs...

Having This Much Sex Might Make You Smarter

Okay, so there are tons of reasons why you should have sex right now. But here’s one you might not have thought of: Having frequent sex might boost your brain, researchers from Coventry University in the U.K. suggest.

In the study, researchers asked 73 older adults how often they had sex, and then had them perform tasks that tested their brain function—including things like attention, memory, fluency, language, and visuospatial abilities.

How Eating Olive Oil Can Boost Your Memory

You now have one more excellent reason to shelve the store-bought dressing in favor of the homemade stuff: Eating a diet rich in extra-virgin olive oil may protect your brain as you age, researchers from Temple University suggest.

In the study, researchers genetically modified mice to express three key characteristics of Alzheimer’s disease: memory impairment, the buildup of sticky proteins called amyloid plaques, and tangles of tau proteins. Then, when the mice reached six months of age, they had some mice eat chow supplemented with extra-virgin olive for six months, while the others ate their regular food. This food change occurred before the mice began to exhibit signs of Alzheimer’s.

Stop Buying Fancy Antibacterial Products, Health Experts Warn

That “antibacterial” label on your soap might be making you feel safe, but it might not be doing much of anything at all—or, maybe just not anything good. Antimicrobial compounds may be harmful to both your health and the environment, a new consensus paper published in Environmental Health Perspectives suggests.

More than 200 international scientists and medical professionals concluded that these common antimicrobial compounds don’t provide any health benefits, as the paper detailed.

8 Teeth Whitening Products That Actually Work

These days, there are so many teeth whitening products on the market that the very idea of brightening your smile can become more overwhelming than exciting. Should you invest in teeth whitening kits or trays? Toothpaste or gel? Strips or pens? And which of the countless treatments available garner the best results—or any results at all?

Then there’s the biggest question of all: Is it better to whiten your teeth at home or at the dentist’s office? “When you choose to whiten at home, you’re choosing to take a slow and steady approach to whitening, which translates to less side effects, such as tooth sensitivity,” says New York-based cosmetic dentist Edward Alvarez, D.D.S. “You’ll also have a healthier mouth overall because you’re using products that will increase the pH of your mouth for a sustained period of time, ultimately killing bacteria and lessening decay.”

Plus, let’s not forget how much money you’ll save. But still, which teeth whitening treatments are worth the money you do spend? Here, dental pros share their top product recommendations.

You Won't Go Blind

It's something people don't talk about, but almost everyone does it: masturbation. In one national study, 95 percent of men and 89 percent of women said they had masturbated.

"We are programmed, as best we know, to need orgasms," says Gloria Brame, Ph.D., a clinical sexologist in Athens, Ga. "It's a fundamental aspect of men's health, right up there with brushing your teeth." And the more you know about what satisfies you solo, the more pleasure you get from sex.

You likely know that a little wanking won't make you go blind or cause your penis to fall off. (Let's face it, you'd know by now.) In fact, a little time alone is perfectly healthy for you.

7 Foods You Should Stop Eating For Breakfast

Bagels, doughnuts, and pastries—all so tempting. You already know you should avoid this stuff at breakfast, and for the most part, you’re probably pretty good at steering clear.

But sugary, buttery cakes-in-disguise aren’t the only foods you should skip during your morning meal (take these 7 seemingly healthy foods nutritionists avoid). There are plenty of other everyday breakfast offenders that are devoid of nutrition or set you up to feel hungry and crave junk later on—and some of them might surprise you. Here are seven AM staples to cut from your breakfast menu ASAP.

Do You Like Big Breasts?

Are you a breast man? Butt man? Or do legs drive you wild? Your preference is about more than whether you had a Heather Locklear or Pamela Anderson poster above your bed as a teenager. In fact, whether you appreciate an hourglass figure, smoldering eyes, or humble breasts can give you hidden clues about your relationship style—and hers.

So view our list of the Hottest Women of 2011 and then tell us: Where do your eyes go when you check out a beautiful woman?  Here’s what your answer means.

6 Steps to Beat Premature Ejaculation

Men, you can last longer. For years, I silently battled premature ejaculation and test-drove every bizarre remedy I stumbled upon. Follow these exercises that finally worked for me. Confidential: Learn the secrets to last longer in bed, from the editors of Men’s Health

1. MASTER MASTURBATION
Masturbate with a woman's orgasm in mind, not your own. In other words, take your time: Work up to 15 minutes. Bring yourself close to the point of no return, but don't let yourself ejaculate until time is up.

Why You Should Ejaculate At Least 21 Times This Month, According to Science

The key to good prostate health might be in your own hands: Ejaculating frequently may reduce your risk of prostate cancer, finds new research from the Boston University of Public Health.

The study looked at how ejaculation frequency affected prostate cancer risk over the course of 18 years.

It found that men ages 20 to 29 who ejaculated 21 times or more each month were 19 percent less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer than those who ejaculated less often, between 4 and 7 times per month.

Older Doctors Are Losing Their Edge—And It Can Have a Scary Impact On You

You don’t need to go full Doogie Howser, but it may be in your best interest to find a younger doctor. A new study from a research university called Harvard found that patient mortality rates increase with the physician’s age. The effect is slight but still significant.

Researchers examined more than 70,000 hospital admissions for elderly patients under the supervision of more than 19,000 physicians. The mortality rate for patients with doctors under 30 was 10.8 percent, while that figure rose to 11.1 percent for doctors between 40 and 49. For doctors between 50 and 59, the rate goes up to 11.3 percent, and it jumps up to 12.1 percent for doctors older than 60.

Want to Get Rid of Your Tattoo? Read This

Maybe you got your tattoo the day you turned eighteen. Maybe you were a rebel and got it before that. But now you’re a 30-year-old man and you’re wondering why you have a Tasmanian devil on your left calf. You could try to laugh about it, but some tattoos are so prominent—or get so much commentary from other people—that you want the thing gone. Question is, can you fully erase a tattoo? How long will it take, how much will it hurt, and how do you avoid becoming a horror story like the woman whose tattoo removal cream burned off her skin? If you’re thinking making your ink disappear, here are the facts you need first.

5 Scientific Reasons to Sleep Butt Naked

Only 12 percent of Americans sleep naked, according to a recent poll from the National Sleep Foundation. But that’s a damn shame. Not only does nighttime nudity feel awesome, it’s also good for your health. Here are 5 great reasons to let it all hang out tonight.

You’ll sleep better
Shedding your threads before tucking in will help you snooze more soundly, says Men’s Health sleep advisor W. Christopher Winter, M.D. Your body temperature declines as you doze and climbs before you wake up, but clothing can interfere with this natural fluctuation, Dr. Winter says. The extra insulation can make you too hot as your temperature drops, leading to tossing and turning and waking up sweaty in the middle of the night. Nix the PJs and allow your body temperature to ebb and flow uninterrupted, Dr. Winter says.

The 7 Sexiest Things to Do With Your Hands

Remember when you felt sexually advanced if you'd reached second base?

Well, it’s time to bring your hands back into the bedroom—and not just as a tool for getting your girlfriend off.

“Hands can add so much creativity to sensuality,” says Marianne Brandon, Ph.D., author of Reclaiming Desire: 4 Keys to Finding Your Lost Libido. “Women really like to be teased, and hands are an important part of that intensity building.”

In other words, your digits are capable of sexual stimulation that your penis isn’t—you just have to know how to turn them into your own personal sex toys.

How to Give Her a 60-Second Orgasm

The only thing better than an orgasm is one that lasts for a full minute.

Yes, the 60-second climax really exists, according to Emily Nagoski, Ph.D., author of Come As You Are: The Surprising New Science That Will Transform Your Sex Life.

It’s not typical—the female orgasm usually lasts 6 to 30 seconds, Nagoski says. But if her mood and your moves are right, her climax can keep going. Prolong her pleasure with six easy strategies.

The New Cure For a Low Libido

If your sex drive has been dipping, a new Italian study suggests there may be an easy fix: light therapy.

Scientists recruited 38 men diagnosed with hypoactive sexual desire disorder or sexual arousal disorder—two conditions characterized by a lack of interest in sex—and provided bright light treatment to half of them.

For 30 minutes each morning, these men sat in front of a light box that exposed them to 10,000 lux of light. (For comparison, direct sunlight can reach up to 100,000 lux, and a cloudy day is about 1,000 lux.)

How Staying Up Late Might Be Tanking Your Mood

If you’ve made a habit of staying up too late and sleeping in every morning, you might be at a greater risk for depression, especially if you have type-2 diabetes, according to a new study presented at the Endocrine Society’s annual meeting in Orlando.

Researchers surveyed nearly 500 people suffering from diabetes in Chicago and Thailand. They included vastly different geographic areas in the study because sleep cycles vary by location. In both groups, night owls—or people who preferred to stay up late—reported experiencing more symptoms of depression than those who fell asleep earlier, regardless of their age, sex, or sleep quality (Having trouble snoozing peacefully? Here are five ways to sleep better every night).

The First Thing You Must Do in Bed

Generosity for the win: Focusing on what she craves in the sack also increases your arousal, says research in the journal Social Psychological and Personality Science.

Researchers studied “sexual communal strength”—the willingness to meet a partner’s sexual needs—in long-term couples. Both parties filled out daily sex surveys for 3 weeks. Four months later, generous lovers  reported higher levels of daily arousal AND more desire for their partner than the less-generous couples.

Why Men Are Having Less Sex Now Than They Did 15 Years Ago

The past really was the good old days—at least in the bedroom. People in the ‘90s and early ‘00s were having more sex than we are now, a new study in the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior found.

The researchers analyzed survey data collected from 26,620 Americans since 1989. They discovered that the average American was doing it 16 fewer times per year between 2010 and 2014 than they were between 2000 and 2004. They were also getting busy nine fewer times from 2010 to 2014 compared to 1995 to 1999.

Those who were married or in relationships were the only ones affected by this downward slope. Singles enjoyed the same amount of sex throughout the two decades. In the mid 2000s, Americans who had never married began having more sex than married people for the first time.

This High-Priced, Fancy Juice Company Is Actually Delivering Weed

If you live in Boston or Cambridge and have a hankering for some expensive juice, you’re in luck: For the low price of $55, startup delivery service HighSpeed will deliver a serving of locally sourced “fresh-pressed” juice straight to your door.

But if you’re thinking that $55 for juice sounds just a little expensive, you’re not wrong. The mark-up comes from the free “love” that accompanies each juice. What the hell is free love? You’re probably wondering. Weed. It’s weed. (Now it makes more sense, right?)

According to the Boston Globe, it’s illegal to sell weed in Massachusetts, though it is legal to use for recreational or medicinal purposes. However, it won’t actually be legal to sell until a government-regulated marketplace opens up in 2018. Interestingly enough, adults are allowed to give away or transfer 1 ounce of weed to other adults as long as you’re not paid or rewarded for the service in any way. (HighSpeed delivery drivers check customer IDs and ensure that they match the billing information to ensure that all patrons are over 21.) That’s where the juice comes in — as far as the authorities are concerned, it could be plausible that HighSpeed’s customers just really, really love expensive juice.

Could the Club Drug Ketamine Treat Depression?

People have long used club drug Ketamine to get high at parties, but a growing body of research suggests it may also be an effective way to treat depression.

One of the first studies to explore this idea was a 2006 study in which 18 treatment-resistant depressed patients were randomly selected receive either a single intravenous dose of ketamine or a placebo. The study, funded by the National Institutes of Mental Health, found that depression symptoms improved in a single day for 71 percent of the patients given ketamine. Another small study (with 16 patients total) in the 2010 issue of the Archives of General Psychiatry reported that those who had treatment-resistant bipolar disorder experienced relief from depression-related symptoms in as little as 40 minutes after being given ketamine — much faster than most anti-depressants. And in 2016, an animal study published in Nature found that one of the by-products of ketamine, something called a metabolite, remained in the body of mice for days after the drug was taken, which might explain how ketamine works so quickly and why it can provide relief for up to a week.

Americans Are Officially Drinking More Bottled Water Than Soda

Here’s a health trend we can get behind: Americans are now drinking more bottled water than soda, Reuters reports.

That stat comes from Beverage Marketing Corp., a research and consulting firm that tracks consumption of what we’re drinking. According to the data, 2016 was the first year that bottled water surpassed carbonated soft drinks as the largest beverage category by volume in this country.

Bottled water consumption has been growing steadily for decades, and reached 39.3 gallons per person a year in 2016. That’s about a nine percent increase from the year prior.

7 Sex Tips Women Wish You Knew

What Happens To Your Body When You Always Lift the Same Amount Of Weight

Much like our breakfast of choice or what we wear, most of us tend to gravitate to routine when it comes to our lifting workouts: We often use the same amount of weight, over and over. No shame—it’s particularly comforting to select a weight size you know you can handle when you’re at the gym, and when you’re sweating at home, you may not have a variety of weights to work with. But experts say not changing your weight size means you’ll be missing out on some pretty hefty benefits.

“When you train with the same weight week to week, over time, your body will adapt to the resistance, and you won’t see gains in muscular strength or hypertrophy [size],” says Jacque Crockford, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and exercise physiologist with the American Council on Exercise. Compare it to running the same distance every time you hop on the treadmill—at some point, you’re not going to see your body improve, since you’re no longer challenging it.

The Scary Health Condition Sleeping Too Long Can Signal

There’s nothing better than sleeping in, right? But sleeping for too long might be signaling something serious about your brain health, researchers from Boston University School of Medicine suggest.

In the study, people who slept for more than 9 hours a night were twice as likely to develop dementia of any kind over a 10-year follow up than those who snoozed between 6 to 9 hours nightly. They were also 71 percent more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease.

4 Smart Ways to Kill Sugar Cravings

If you have a tough time resisting those cookies on the conference table, you’re not alone. It’s no secret that Americans love sugar. Most guys eat more than double the amount the American Heart Association recommends.

While it’s tempting to blame your dessert habit on the simple fact that sweet foods taste delicious, there are far more physiological, mental, and even emotional factors that send us searching for sweetness. Consider the following:

How to Make Sure She’s Enjoying Sex Just As Much As You Are

Sex might not feel as great for her as you think: After surveying nearly 6,700 British women, UK researchers found that 1 in 13 of them reported feeling physical pain during sex. What’s more, women who found sex painful were also more likely to feel uninterested in sex and had more trouble getting wet and reaching orgasm.

Sex can hurt her for lots of reasons. About 2 percent of the women who reported feeling pain said their pain was severe. In those instances, underlying medical issues with her uterus or other common conditions, like urinary tract infections, were the cause, explains Mitchell.

But more often, the pain is just caused by a lack of lubrication. In fact, 45 percent of the women in pain also reported experiencing vaginal dryness—the main culprit behind uncomfortable sex for most women, says Mitchell.

4 Tailoring Secrets That Will Instantly Make You Look More Attractive

Ever wonder why celebrities always look so sharp in a suit? It’s not because of their perfect physiques (OK, that helps). It’s because they understand that clothes never fit perfectly off the rack; but you don’t have to be Ryan Reynolds to nail the perfect cut (or even to rock his hair style). Thirty dollars at the tailor can save you hundreds at the mall.

To help you leave the tailor looking like a new man, we spoke to Jeremy Miller, operating partner at Alteration Specialists, and KJ Singh, sales manager at Mohan's Custom Tailoring in NYC. Here are their four best tips.

6 Ways to Eat Healthy On a Budget

You want to eat better, but you’re worried about what it’ll do to your wallet.

So just how expensive is a healthy diet, anyway?

Good news: The answer may be “not that much.” Eating more healthfully costs about $1.50 more per day per person compared with less nutritious food habits, according to a 2013 Harvard study. As background, the scientists compared a diet based on fruits, vegetables, nuts, and fish against one based on processed foods, processed meats, and refined grains.

That said, while $1.50 per day is not much if you have a little extra cash in your pocket, the difference over the course of a year adds up to $550 per person, which can be a burden to many people—especially if you multiply that cost by a few family members.

Sex Tip: Touch Her Here

There are ways to be touched that are brilliant and other ways that are kind of blah. If there's one thing we know about the way people touch each other during sex it's that they often touch their partner the way that they, themselves, like to be touched rather than finding out how their partner likes to be touched.

Although there's a lot of variability in how people like touch, it tends to be the case that men - whose genitals are covered in skin and less sensitive than women's - tend to prefer rougher forms of touch. More thrusting, more vigor. Whereas women - whose genitals are more vulnerable and some ways and more sensitive  in some spots (hello, clitoris!) - tend to prefer less aggressive touch. Women often prefer gentle tongue flicks on the clitoris or gentle but first stimulation of their genitals. Again, this isn't always the case - there are no clear gender rules in sex - but generally speaking this is often how things fall out.

How to Save Money Without Thinking About It

In our culture of instant gratification, the idea of saving for the future might seem antiquated. But at a time when the economic deck seems stacked against you, thanks to a student loan debt crisis and fresh memories of the 2008 Wall Street meltdown, opening a savings account will give you a big advantage in the future.

According to a 2015 survey, just over 70 percent of Americans have less than $1,000 in savings and another 21 percent don't have a savings account at all. If you stash your cash under the mattress or in a no-interest checking account, you're actually losing money thanks to inflation. Here's why thinking about saving today will accelerate your financial health tomorrow.

The ABCs of Sex

F is for Flesh...Gordon. In the 1974 film parody of the Flash Gordon serials of the 1930s, the villainous Emperor Wang aims his Sex Ray at Earth to incapacitate human beings with insatiable sexual desires. In Sleeper, Woody Allen finds the Orgasmatron and the Orb for fighting frigidity. The Coneheads toss "sensor rings" onto one another's pointy appendages for pleasure in the 1993 movie. In the 1964 Barbarella, evil Dr. Durand-Durand teases Barbarella to the brink of orgasmic overdose with his Excessive Machine. And in 1999's The Spy Who Shagged Me, Austin Powers gets his mojo back.

Virginia Lawmakers Say Watching Porn Leads to Having Group Sex

This week, Virginia state lawmakers introduced a piece of legislation to combat what they believe to be an increasingly perilous threat to society: big, bad porn. Resolution HJ549, proposed by the House Committee on Health, Welfare, and Institutions, suggests pornography leads to “individual and societal harms.” More specifically, it mentions the hypersexualization of teenagers, infidelity, and even group sex.

Of course, it may not be hard to find a porn aficionado who has indulged in the occasional orgy, but it’s decidedly more difficult to find data proving that porn points its users in that direction. That’s because no such data exists. In fact, group sex doesn’t even rank in the top ten most searched terms across porn platforms. Statistics show that categories like “MILF” and “massage” are more likely to take the top spots.

This Drink Helps You Burn an Extra 490 Calories Per Week

You know that guzzling water can help take the edge off your hunger and nix the urge to snack in between meals. But guess what? That's not the only way that having plenty of water can help you reach your weight loss goals.

You shouldn't just be sipping the stuff when your stomach starts to rumble an hour before dinner. You should be drinking water all the time. (Okay, that's a little bit of an exaggeration. You don't literally need to gulp water 24/7. And your individual hydration depends on your size, activity level, and the climate where you live.)

But regardless: If you're trying to lose your spare tire, you probably should be sipping more often. Here are 3 surprising facts that'll make you reach for your reusable bottle.

5 Body Odors You Should Never Ignore

Whether you’ve just completed a grueling workout or chowed down on an onion-packed burger, chances are, at one time or another, you’ve been that guy who stunk up the room. In most cases, a simple shower, swipe of deodorant, or line of minty-fresh toothpaste could remedy the situation. But in other cases, it’s not so simple.

That’s because your body odor can actually speak volumes about your health. In fact, some diseases can actually produce a unique, distinguished odor, according to a recent Swedish study.

So which funky fumes should you take note of? Here are 5 common body odors that might signal a serious problem—and what you should do if the stench arises.

BODY ODOR: FRUITY BREATH IS A SYMPTOM OF DIABETES
Credit a complication of diabetes called diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), which occurs when your body runs low on insulin and your blood sugar spikes, says Robert Gabbay, M.D., Ph.D., chief medical officer at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston. People with type 1 diabetes generally experience it more than those with type 2 diabetes do.

8 Things You Say On First Dates That Guarantee You Won’t Get a Second

While perusing our menus at a restaurant, Francois, a retired French race care driver, leans into my ear and whispers in his heavy French accent, “I can’t wait until your tongue is in my ass later.”

It was our first date.

And we hadn’t even ordered yet.

Without looking up from the appetizer list, I replied, “Sorry, that is not on the menu.”

Neither was a second date.

Ok, you probably know better than to ask a woman for analingus before appetizers. But that’s not the only verbal slipup that can kill your chances for a second date. We talked to than a dozen women about their real-world experiences on first dates to find out what else you should avoid saying. Read on for eight phrases to eliminate from your first-date vocabulary.

11 Shocking Facts You Never Knew About Masturbation

Masturbation. It’s not just a great way to kill time, but it’s also the safest sex you can have. And it has many health benefits.

Although we can all agree that masturbation is pretty much the cherry on top of the ice cream of life, there’s more to the act than that. Here are 11 things you probably never knew about your favorite hobby.

1. MALE FETUSES MIGHT MASTURBATE IN UTERO
If you thought the first time you touched yourself and realized it felt really, really good was when you hit puberty, you might be wrong. Researchers in Spain recently found that in utero masturbation is actually a thing among male fetuses, so this “gratification behavior” starts far earlier than originally thought.

Does Dairy Really Cause Acne?

Acne sucks. But for a condition that affects so many people, there are still a lot of unknowns with it. One of the most controversial: Can what you eat or drink cause you to break out?

Dairy has been one of the most commonly discussed culprits in whether your diet can be to blame. But whether your love of cheese is directly causing your outbreak is still up for debate, as there are plenty of myths about what causes zits.

10 Sex Positions That Practically Guarantee Her Orgasm

When it comes to having so-good-your-neighbors-hate-you sex, making sure you stimulate her clitoris is rule number one.

“Research shows it’s clitoral stimulation, not vaginal stimulation, that is the powerhouse of the female orgasm,” says sex therapist Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of She Comes First.

Given that her clitoris can be anywhere from 2.5 to 4 centimeters away from her vaginal entrance, lots of sex positions won’t exactly do the trick, says Kerner.

Here’s How Many Women Regret Their One-Night Stand

Even if no-strings-attached sex seems great at the moment, post-sex regret might creep up with the sunrise. And it seems to occur more for women than men, a study from Norway suggests.

Researchers asked 263 people ages 19 to 37 how much they regretted either engaging in or passing up a recent casual sex experience. About 35 percent of women surveyed expressed regret, compared to just 20 percent of men. Plus, only 30 percent of women said they were happy with their most recent one-night stand, while around 50 percent of men said the same.
