Dreams are so unpredictable. Some night's you're falling off a cliff or frantically prepping for a presentation you forgot about. Other nights, you're getting all hot and bothered between the sheets—and often, it's not with the person in bed next to you.
Sex dreams are super common, and they can also be super unsettling. You may dream of having sex with your boss, an ex, or even a family member—gross! But don't worry: Sex dreams don't represent a desire for sex, necessarily. As Lauri Quinn Loewenberg, a professional dream analyst and author of Dream on It: Unlock Your Dreams, Change Your Life, previously told Men's Health, these dreams can represent anything you feel you're lacking in your life. It could be control; self-love; respect.

3 Women Reveal What It's Like to Have Nipple-Only Orgasms
While clitoral and vaginal orgasms might get all the attention, nipple orgasms are another legit way to explore your partner's pleasure in bed. Here, three anonymous women open up about what it’s like to experience nipple-only orgasms.
How did you first discover you could orgasm through nipple stimulation?
Woman A: My family was on a vacation and there was porn on the TV in the hotel. I just tried what I saw and discovered that it felt good.
Woman B: Through foreplay and experimentation with my first boyfriend. We were both very inexperienced at the time and neither of us had had previous sexual partners, so we were exploring each other's bodies. It was a case of "How does this feel? And this?" There was a build-up of pleasure. It was gradual, but quite powerful, so by the time, I orgasmed I wasn't too surprised. I was honestly quite pleased afterward! As far as I'm concerned, it's a brilliant thing — just another way to achieve pleasure.

7 Sleep Doctors Reveal Their Favorite Tricks for Falling Asleep Fast
Sleep doctors toss and turn sometimes—but it’s never for long. That’s because they use scientifically-sound methods to lull themselves into dreamland. Steal their techniques so you can finally get a good night’s rest.
Blow bubbles
It sounds ridiculous, but blowing a few bubbles—like the kind that comes in a plastic bottle that you played with as a kid—right before bed can help you fall asleep faster, says Rachel Marie E. Salas, M.D., a professor of neurology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
It’s like a deep breathing exercise, which helps calm your body and mind, she says. And since it’s such a silly activity, it can also take your mind off of any potential sleep-thwarting thoughts.
