Here’s How Many Women Regret Their One-Night Stand
Even if no-strings-attached sex seems great at the moment, post-sex regret might creep up with the sunrise. And it seems to occur more for women than men, a study from Norway suggests.
Researchers asked 263 people ages 19 to 37 how much they regretted either engaging in or passing up a recent casual sex experience. About 35 percent of women surveyed expressed regret, compared to just 20 percent of men. Plus, only 30 percent of women said they were happy with their most recent one-night stand, while around 50 percent of men said the same.

Instead, the secret to lasting sexual desire is something called responsiveness, researchers say.
Great! So…what the heck is that?
That’s when you show your partner that you value them—that you understand and appreciate their needs and support their goals, says study author Gurit Birnbaum, Ph.D., a psychology professor at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya in Israel.

Why You Have Heinous Bad Breath After Eating Dairy—and How to Fix It
Milk breath. Cheese mouth. The sour stench of worst-date nightmares. What the heck is this foul demon odor and how does one exorcise it?
First, you have to understand your enemy.
You probably don’t think about your mouth this way, but it’s technically part of your digestive tract. Chewing is only the first step of digestion.
“Imagine millions of bacteria feasting on particles of food and tissue in our mouth, some giving off smelly waste,” says David Krol, M.D., former chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Oral Health.
